Southwest Aero is owned by founder Brian Mackin. An experienced pilot with a lifelong passion for aviation, Brian has more than 25 years of experience in business, marketing, and consulting, and has forged relationships with numerous leading aircraft manufacturers.
As a former member of one of Cessna’s largest dealers, Brian launched the US Aircraft EXPO in 2009 to help bolster aircraft sales. The EXPO has since grown significantly, and there are now multiple events held regularly in 12 U.S. cities. These events are well-attended by the industry’s top manufacturers showcasing their latest piston, turboprop, and jet aircraft.
